  4. The result is the Kua Number.

For Females:

  • The Chinese solar calendar (starting on February 4th or 5th) is used. If you were born before February 4th, consider the previous year for calculations.
  • The Kua Number ranges from 1 to 9. The number 5 is never used; males born with a calculated Kua of 5 use 2 instead, while females use 8.
  • Individuals are categorized into two groups:
    • East Group: Kua Numbers 1, 3, 4, and 9 (Best directions: North, South, East, Southeast)
